I had a great value for my money at this hostel. The room I got was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes thanks to the helpful receptionist who changed it for me. The location was convenient, with wifi and a nice kitchen in the basement. The staff treated me well, especially when they found my forgotten jacket and kept it safe for me until I could pick it up. Huge thanks to them!

The receptionist was amazing, he upgraded my room for free when I complained about the smell. The single room with bathroom was super clean, cozy and warm. The small TV was a nice touch. The kitchen on the ground floor was well-equipped and spotless. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and close to a grocery store and Rossmann. The price/quality ratio was excellent. The bed, although not the most comfortable, was decent and the linen was clean and comfortable. The shower provided nice and hot water with good pressure. Key code doors made access easy. There were two big supermarkets nearby. The guy at reception was friendly and helpful, assisting with check-in and even calling a taxi. If you're looking for a no-frills place to sleep at a comparably cheap price, this hostel is a good choice.

Schronisko Mlodziezowe Ptsm Matecznik was a great choice. the staff were really nice and the room was spacious and simple, with a regular bed instead of bunk beds. the cleanliness of the hostel was outstanding, thanks to the awesome gentleman who kept everything clean and organized. the beautiful garden surrounding the building and the abundance of bird life outside added to the pleasant atmosphere. the location was convenient, with parking available and shops nearby. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was at the hotel. The staff was kind and spoke English fluently. They were also very responsive via email. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a beautiful view from our window. The hotel also provided free internet with a good connection, and complimentary coffee and tea. this hotel offered great value for its price and we would highly recommend it.

As friends who are going out at nights, we loved the convenient location within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the city center. the room was small but suitable for one person, and it was immaculately clean and warm. We appreciated the small TV and the carpeted floor, adding to the cozy atmosphere. the presence of a kitchen on the ground floor was a bonus, fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, along with free tea, coffee, sugar, and utensils. It was very clean and organized, making our stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the ability to enter the room independently, even at night, was a great feature.

The staff is so welcoming and efficient, and they speak fluent English. They even bend the rules a bit for your convenience. The facilities may be basic, but everything works well, especially the amazing hot showers. And the best part? Free tea and coffee! Oh, and let me tell you about the exceptional service - I left my favorite jacket in the room and they actually had it and kept it safely for me until I could come back to pick it up. I have never experienced such incredible customer care. The receptionist was also kind enough to change my room for free when I mentioned a slight smell of cigarettes. this place is a hidden gem!
